AssetOn is committed to protecting the health and safety of our employees, contractors, families and the wider community. We have responded to the challenge of the COVID-19 pandemic by updating and implementing policies and procedures to minimise the risk of spreading the disease.
Work From Home
We have moved to a predominately work-from-home arrangement for the majority of our office based staff. Our work-from-home procedures have been updated and improved to ensure employees are safe and supported while working most of the time from home. We have support services available for employees who require them during the transition. These measures have been implemented with little to no impact on our operations.
As a knowledge business with many remote staff, we have systems in place to facilitate work outside the office. Our business is already structured to provide quality remote services. Our cloud-based infrastructure and systems are accessible from anywhere. Meetings have changed to be predominately online.
When we do meet, we have implemented appropriate social distances measures to ensure all staff understand the risks and have the tools available to mitigate transmission. Offices and meeting rooms are marked with maximum number of occupants. Disinfectant wipes and hand sanitiser are available in all meeting rooms. Office sign in procedures are in place for contact tracing. Signage is placed around the office to remind people of the risks and their responsibilities. We continue to monitor government advice and refer to government health websites for the latest information.
